Location is close to main tourist attractions, staff is helpful, and free Wi-Fi available.
No hot water in the shower and some rooms are noisy.

Xmas at this hotel was a great experience. Best aspects were the spacious and clean room as well as the friendly staff. the location was also ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants.
the noise level was rather high due to construction works going on nearby and foot traffic from the other guests.

The location of the hotel, tucked away off the main boulevard, gave it a secluded feel, which was excellent for a peaceful stay. It was also conveniently situated near Lacson Blvd, where we could easily access transportation and explore nearby attractions. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a decent place for us to stay overnight.
The breakfast options at the hotel's cafe were limited and overpriced.
